Also, if something is wrong, try to correct the post in a comment. If we can help keep down the hysteria, we can focus our energies on more productive matters.

• Medicines: Paracetamol, antibiotics, analgesic, oral rehydration salts, multivitamins and medications to treat diarrheal diseases.
• Non-food items: Bath soaps, face towels, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, plastic mats, blankets, mosquito nets, jerry cans, water containers, water purification tablets, plastic sheetings, and laundry soap - many people have lost everything, these things can help with sanitary, clothing, and shelter needs for the displaced.
